As you will see from my question (plea for help), I'm not too pertty smart, but would someone please walk me through how to upload (or is it download?) an action from the web to Photoshop. I have PS7 and Windows XP.

I know this must be the dumbest question ever raised around here.

Warning: I also don't know too much about folders and stuff, also, please use simple words that I can understand.

Thanking whoever is kind enough to respond in advance.

Download it onto your computer.

When in Photoshop (if it's not already open) open the Actions window by going Window | Actions.

On the top right of the Actions window there's a triangle in a circle, click that and from the list, select Load. Then find the downloaded action on your hard drive.

You should also be able to simply double-click the action file and it will open up PS and install itself. However, it may not be there when you restart PS.
