When i create a new File Im always stuck with trying to find the center of the New file i create. What do i need to do to always find the center of the Image instead of always looking over at my (x,y) Coordinates?

I'll take a guess here and say you can go to Edit > Preferences > Grid and Rulers
and set grid to 50% and it will hit dead center when you turn it on with Ctrl+'.

Actually, that's not quite it.

Use guides instead of grids. Do this:
View, New Guide, choose horizontal, set it to 50%.
Do the same a 2nd time for new vertical guide - you're done.

Now, you can record that to an action as you do it, assign the action to a Function Key and you have a super fast way to do it the next time

Doh! You're right. I haven't used PS in ages. Thanks for clarifying.
