Adobe Photoshop

Im not sure what causes it and I havnt found anything else online about this but does anyone else have a regular random problem with the hand tool getting locked on so that you cant use any other tools?

I know its probably something stupid that im doing but Ive never had this problem before and all I have to do is either close the program or restart my computer and the problem is fixed.

reinstall the software and you'll be fine

No need to re-install!

I just restarted my computer and it was fine.

but having to re-install everytime the hand tool locks up like that?

you know this is the second bug i found with CS3 windows version...i have another un-answered and on my part un solvable thread about dreamweaver -_-

and ive only just bought the software...I know they are both small problems but can get rather annoying

As I said, restarting the computer should work just fine.

but I dont think I should have to restart my computer every time photshop feels like locking all my tools like that -_-

I thought maybe I was hitting a command key or something because I use a lot of the quick keys...anyone know of one that would switch your tool to the hand tool and lock it in place?
