Hi
I have been trying to save a PNG file as 8-bit
but when I check its properties it always show
that it has been saved as 32-bit.

I tried making a new file and saved as 8bit
I also tried SAVED FOR WEB and choose PNG-8

but nothing works

Make sure you have the correct mode for the image.

Image -> Mode -> 8 bits/Channel

Here is a blank test image, with 8 bits/Channel Mode and saved as PNG-8 128 Dithered.
