Photoshop has the ability to Flip Canvas Horizontal and Flip Canvas Vertical. This will not simply rotate the image 180-degrees, but actually flip it (like turning a page in a book).

Just go to:

Image >> Rotate Canvas >> Flip Canvas {Directoin}
