I'm always switching between brushes. Is there a way to save the settings after i've made changes to the brushes panel for a particular brush?

Thanks

Yes, save it as brush preset. Use the brush palette options, you'll find a "new brush preset".

Thanks ladynRed.

The 'new brush preset' forces me to create a duplicate of the existing preset, which is a little longwinded but solves my problem. I think there should be an update preset button. Although I only have CS2 maybe that exists in post versions.

Unfortunately, no, there's no update in CS3 or CS4. Creating it as a new preset is the only way still.
