I have a feeling I know what hes asking here, are you not being able to use keyboard shortcuts? if this is what you`re asking then it`s not your keyboard, but where you got the PS software from  as an example: if it was from warez and either cracked or keygened, then this is why, when version 7 came out on the warex scene the cracks worked but users couldn`t use certains things shut as shortcuts, I`m a mind of information.
