hi!
can u help me
I have a mac with photoshop/illustator and am looking for compatable software to help me with colour separation!
Art will be in photoshop or Illustrator, need to know software that will best separate colours to correct tonal dot % in i.e. pantone colour or other colour group that has pre-defind colour swatches and I will be printing in 400/600 dpi

Hiya, Im not a mac, but have trained on them in the past. PH7, does have an output for separations, but Im trying to find it now!!!

When in photoshop, try going through the image modes first, ie, convert to cmyk, then go through the option for outputs. Tonal dot will be set by the gamma program you use I think, (Im on adobe gamma which ships as part of ph) Try going through your programs list in hard drive to find it and implement?
