can anybody tells me, where can i get a photoshop cs3 portable that no need to install. and also not a torrent. thanks!

As far as I know, such a version of PS doesn't exist.

photoshop cs3 is not available to free download. if some offering but cant be fully download and must message of missing files at the end

When you say "no need to install", do you mean you are looking for an online version? I'm not sure one exists...

There is no portable version of Photoshop, not one that can be launched from a Flash drive. Photoshop's TOS does let you use it on one desktop and one laptop, provided they're not being used at the same time. That's as portable as it gets.

GIMP does have a Flash drive version, and it's free. Check out portableapps.com.
