I got a GIF image text from some website and now i want to change the text from it and replace with mine, how i can do this. Please help

You can't, you will have to make your own.

Well, GIF images are not layered file, they are flattened meaning they are a one piece thing. and therefore you cannot change the text or a particular part of the file.

What you can do is, using photoshop you can take a part of the background and then remake the whole background and then add your text to it. if the background is simple that is

You can use imageready and look out the different frames of that image. You need to change everthing uniformly, Patience is required.
Else simply use flash and make some animations and convert it as gif or any other formats. Coool.......

Might be cool, but it's not SMART, and it's INACCESSIBLE.

Well, i heard what google might be doing for .swf files, there was a Matt Cutts interview related to SEO on flash stuff, and they say they might be using the SDK from Adobe to help them pull out the text from the .swf as they are binary files. and that it might be finally be possible to get the text and use it for their results.

I didnt' say anything about the SE's, I said it was inaccessible - I don't believe any of the screenreaders out there are reading Flash. Besides, unless the text in the Flash is REAL text, and not outlines or shapes, it will STILL be invisible to search engines.

Never mind that just ripping a GIF image from some website, then trying to change the text to make it "yours" is copyright infringement and highly ILLEGAL.
