CS5 is a total dream
It feels quicker to me, zooming in has a fancy little fluid animation instead of jumping straight to the zoomed size, algorithims are better (although insignificant as compared to cs 3 and cs4 since not much advancement is neccessary yet.)
as said, mostly for photographers (content aware fill is just so great still needs to be tweaked after applying sometimes but does a great job.)
noise reduction is better,
Puppet warp is genius, however was already in cs4 (not sure about cs3) after effects.
over all = graphic designer, not really just slightly quicker
photographer, still not really, however does shave about 20 minutes off your workflow for cleaning stuff up, not quite as good as the videos were (but I haven't used it to that extent yet)
