I'm using Photoshop CS3, but everytime I open images it will direct me to RAW. How to fix it?

right click the image -->open with--> choose default program. hope it help

Edit, Preferences, turn off the checkbox for Prefer Adobe Camera Raw for Supported Raw Files".
