I finally get Photoshop CS, but when I try to install it, the installshield program just stops working at the last dialog.(Where is reviews what is to be installed). I press continue(or go, or whatever the 'affirmative' command is) and nothing happens.

Has anyone else had this problem? Photoshop 7 is all glitchy now and I can't stand to use it at all.

*edit, I have another question on Photoshop 7.0. One reason I hate to use it is that whenever I pick a tool, it automatically opens the little submenu associated with that tool. Normally, you have to hold it down or left click on it, correct? Well, whenever I left click, it opens the little submenu. It is the most annoying thing ever. I have no idea why it does this, and it just kinda started happening out of nowhere.

Nope, I uninstalled 7.0 and it still freezes up when I press 'Next".

I happens with my version and the trial version, so it's not the cd.

And ideas?

Ok, I left it on for a few hours, came back, and the dialog was gone. It seems to have installed, but everytime I try to run it, it just closes out right after the splash screen dissapears.

This is getting very frustrating.
