Adobe Photoshop

I wasnt sure where to put this what i want doing would be easy in flash but the design im working on is in Photoshop atm the image below i want the small red area to glow but not as a mouse over just a slow pulse any ideas ?

hum, if u'r going to slice it, u can

slice the area u want to glow
save it for web
open the "picture" you want to glow in a "gif editor"
duplicate the "slide"
apply the "glow"
and it will turn on and turn off
glow and turn off =x

something like that..

You could also make a similar sized image in flash, make a tween of the fashing colour and then export it as an animated gif. Might be quicker and more controlable than making it in a gif editor!
