Adobe Photoshop

So, i loaded brushes and everything, and now they wont show up! What's happening??

Could you be a bit more discriptive? how do you mean they wont show up? in the pallete? have you scrolled down to the bottom?

Hi Vegemite,
Are you sure that they're loaded into the correct directory?

Your brushes have the extension of .abr and should all be in the following directory on your computer: c:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop CS/Presets/Brushes

If it's not Photoshop CS, then whatever Photoshop program you have. I believe the directory structures are all the same.

DianeD: I dont know about other Photoshop's, but CS2 is the same structure.

vegemite: I know it's a bit of a dumb question but:

Have you set your canvas background to (for example, black) and your brush to the same colour?

Have you downloaded any potentialy harmful / poorly coded brushes or plugins?

If you have downloaded some plugins recently, it may be worth disabling them and see if your brushes work then.
