Help!!!!, I am and old Fireworks and Paintshop 7 user and I have purchased Adobe Photoshop CS2. I want to use use one photo as a background and another as a second layer, can't seem to figure it out. Fire Works it was very easy. help me out.

You can open them both up in PS and drag the top layer over the second layer from the layer pallette. I'm not sure what you mean.

I tried that and it did not work, prehapes I am doing it wrong. When I open the two photos, one goes away from layer pallette, therefore, I can't drag it, any advice?

Try Ctrl-A for "Select All" on the photo you want to copy. Then use the copy command, then go to the other photo and paste it. That should create a new layer with that image, and just rearrange the layers as you need to.

If you click on the photo you want to drag, it will appear in the layer pallette, but Tanda's method is another way to do it.
