Very nice work! I'm new here, so I don't really know how much effect my opinion would have, but there are a couple things that come to my attention when looking at this piece. 
Obviously, the moon is bright and is therefore a light source. It would be more realistic to see the light from the moon reflected more on the water and in other places. While the moon's reflection in the water is a nice touch, it leaves alot to be desired in realism. The water isn't really perfectly smooth, so the reflection shouldn't be either. Also, the light color seems a bit off. The color of your background photo is a really warm, oranges and reds and its balanced with the cooler violets. The moon is a cool white color and yet is surrounded by the warm colors... Its a minor thing, of course...
Minor gripes, but if corrected this picture could be 10x more amazing! |
