Hey,

How can I make it so that the layer styles is not the same as every other on for example: I have a layer with a bevel going a certain way and when I want to do a bevel another way on the layer above it, it changes the bevel on the layer below it. How do I fix this? Quick responce is appreciated, Thanks!

hmm i know what your saying, i think its because they are trying to match the global lighting, (proper way of realism) so if its angled 45 degrees, the other is going to try to match that also, i had hard time trying to fix this also, only my wayof finding out was to merge visible layer(while hiding all the others, this layer will be only by itself, i copy that, and undo everything and paste it, so its kind of like rasterizing a text, only problem is you wont be able to edit it, unless you duplicated the old layer and jsut hid it,) there might be other quicker ways though.

You should be able to uncheck the global lighting checkmark so it won't affect the other layers
