on the top, you can see that the banner has some special Adobe curved lines.. and i would like to know you can do it, anyone knows a tutorial for that and how is it really called?

They probably used the pen tool, but I can't be certain..

it could be just str8 lines with alot of warping with the warp tool, or individual pen tool lining and just duplicating it

I guess this was done by drawing 20 parallel lines ( I don't know how ) then using the different warp tools to bend them.

It can easily be done using Adobe Illustrator, if you have that program.

I know that the "blend tool" is available in illustrator but is there a plugin for Photoshop CS2 that can do the same?

My personal thoughts on plugins are:

If it can be done manually in PS it's better than a plugin but in situations like this where doing it manually will take ages, plugins are OK, for time saving that is.
