Just wanted to know what affilate programs everyone uses.

i tend to use Standard Internets ClickThru Traffic, Search Traffic and Popup Taffic.

What programs do you use?

I use SI too, SearchTraffic is my best performer, followed by TextLinks. I used to do well with CJ until they got rid of their CPC programs, so I've stopped using them.

Hey,

I suggest we break this up into separate posts discussing some of these different programs (the pros and cons)....

But, for now....here are some I use...

SearchTraffic ...on one of my sites

Fastclick ...ad network serving, pays CPM and CPC

CJ ...I use them less now days. I also made a lot more when they had CPC

CPABank ...should have a check soon.

Affiliate Fuel ...just started using.

And many more....

Tell ya what, let me, or us break some of these up into separate threads because there is lots we could say and learn about each of them....Better yet, I might break these up into sub-forums...

Where could we discuss TextLinks? I would like to know how people are doing using it. I would also like to know how most people decide what "text" they will use.

Hey Dave,
Textlinks is a Standard Internet program so it would probably be best in that forum. I may try the program out soon. As well, I'm going to try a test with the allclicks program. I'll post about it shortly.

How about a category for ClickBank? Is anyone successful with them ?

I use cj and shareasale for most revenues. 7search is also
good for me as a ppc web search revenue source. GoClick
also for cpm.

Also I have an idea I would like some feedback on.

I agree it is a BIG NO NO, to post your own affiliate link when
recommending a program. In other forums, most members do
thank the referrer by emailing then to get their affiliate link to
sign up under. ( heck, the referral fees are there, somebody
might as well get them )

My Proposal is this. Let's get a charity site / sites to join
those programs first, then allow the posts to contain the
charity's affiliate code. That way the referral commissions
don't go to waste, but to helping others. Spammers will loose
interest in posting and others will be more inclined to share
legitimate recommendations.

Any thoughts?
