I am new to internet marketing and came across clickbank affiliate program.... but seem that conversion rate is very small % as well as not really very profitable in turn of effort put in....

But i understand there are few who are quite good and earn hundreds of thousands from it

Any tips or experience to share ?

I have not had an luck with clickbank but i do know of a couple other sites kinda like clickbank that i have had luck with. You can pm me if you are interested.

i have seen some of my friends on working with clickbank and they told it doesnt make much changes in their earnings...

Not yet, but Clickbank is a great money maker because I have seen PROOF!. so what I would suggest is for you to make Clickbank work FOR you rather than you WORK for it!!

I wouldn't advise clickbank, sorry. I did it from both ends -- as an affiliate and as a merchant. I did make some money, but so often there were returns, which got really annoying.

A lot of people do claim they made chunks of good money, but remember, anything can be photoshopped these days.
