Well, I don't like misleading my visitors to click on a link, but I am trying allclicks in a little experiment with a junk site and so far it seems to be going decent...

I'll let you know what I am trying shortly after I get more results.

Anyone doing well with allclicks?

Tried them for 4 days.

I have a "click here" button that guests use to exit the site. I
receive from 500 to 1,000 clicks per day on this button on
average, so I thought this would be great income.
Well, I only got credit for between 10-18 clicks per day during
the 4 day test period.
When I question Allclicks, and from other forums, I found out
the difference was due too:

1. They only pay if page fully loads, and it is slooow!

2. Allclicks "filters" the results, so they avoid paying for a
number of visits you send.

3. Allclicks wrote back that they don't allow "exit" links.

My feelings are, they should pay per visitor sent - if their site
is slow - then speed it up - I've done my agreed part in sending
them visitors. They should plainly list their "filtering" criteria,
as my visitors sent were legit and unique. Their definition of my
"click here" button being and "exit" popup is questionable, as
it is not a pop-up but a link that has to be clicked on.

I have of course replaced them with much more profitable results.

I too tried AllClicks, a while ago I might add. I was reluctant to use them because of the "trick" factor involved... I didn't have a busy site, and I think I only got about a dollar tops before I gave up.

The site was pretty slow loading then too.

As for filtering, well, seeing how they pay on a click through (as opposed to a second page click) then they will be pretty agressive with filtering compared to some of their other programs. This is just logic really... I reckon most of it will be looking for known bots (such as link checkers, search engines), since in effect they can generate what appears to be a legit click but if there is no one to see the page or if it only requests the page header info then it is not a click.

They'll also want to make sure that the click does not come from one of their banned countries, so any from foriegn ISPs based in those countries will also be filtered out.

Note I'm only speculating here, I don't know what is fact but I do know the kind of traffic I wouldn't want from a link - and this is what my filter list is based on.

As for the exit click, I can't really comment on that, but I do know that the rules have been tightened a little for some of the programs I've joined... it doesn't suprise me that they wouldn't allow it tho...

My initial stats for March:

DAY CLICKS MONEY

23TH 2 6 c
24TH 14 42 c
25TH 3 9 c
28TH 13 39 c
29TH 41 1.23
30TH 23 69 c
31TH 7 21 c

Totals 103 $ 3.09

Not to bad I guess...

I will probably wait till I reach the minimum payment and then drop it though...

That will take a couple of months. Better off with 7search
affiliate program. I use both the search boxes, which pay
per click as well as keyword specific searches which pay a
good percentage of bid.
