just could not resist putting an entry in on this.
The internet is full of people who have no business, market or advertising saavy and who do not understand what constitutes a scam and/or a pyramid scheme and then go around falsely labeling from ignorance...not only hurting new venture ideas and opportunities, but the people who are working with the programs, like in this case with ProWealth Solutions.
If you follow the actions of successful people, you will find success...If you listen to the teachings of failures, you have chosen foolishness and loss.
Don't expect anyone else to do your work for you...find out how to do it yourself and take control of your own potential.
Look for good teachers and learn from the masters.
Now, about Prowealth....
ProWealth is not a pyramid scheme and it is not a scam.
It does have poor customer service...and the pre-enrollee resale program leaves alot to be desired, but the general company business plan is sound.
The pay plan is wonderful and workable for anyone with a little knowledge and a desire to make an income.
For want of a better social example: ProWealth is basically a wealth club that offers a variety of services. It is structured much like a country club where each person pays a fee to become a member and then renews that fee either each month or each year to stay a member. It is not necessary to use the resturant or the golf course just because you are a member but you cannot use either facility if you are not a member.
This is the basis of the structure of ProWealth, only it is not classified as a club because it allows the resale of membership for profit so it is a business opportunity.
I became a member of ProWealth in August, advertised (not with their leads which I think are crappy) but through my own resources and I signed up 35 people. I only advertised once and because I had some other time consuming ventures and family difficulties, had to limit my advertising so did not do another for ProWealth.
For the 35 people I did sign up and who paid the $69.95 entry fee, I got $25.
That money did not come from new sign ups, it came from the $69,95 entry fee.
Each month since I have been receiving a check even though I did no more work to build the membership yet.
The money I get comes from the monthly renewable membership fees.
Each time the members I personally sold memberships to, pay their subscription, I get $1 from my personal business structure (a clearly defined 3X6 Matrix structure) and a percentage of the Corporate Pool. It is true, I will get this payment even if I never sponsor a soul. If my upline or downline sponsor and this business center fills, I get paid for each person in it even if I do nothing.
But the real money comes from the Corporate Pool and is paid by "rank. Rank is acquired by selling memberships. 3= bronze 10=silver 30=gold 100=diamond 300=Platinum (membership ranks)..easy sales to make really.
The percentage of the Corporate Pool is paid from all the subscriptions (memberships) that are renewed in that month...Every single one in the entire company. The company shares a percentage of those payments with the people who advertised and invited those people to become members...but it does not pay only on the members each person invited..but on the entire membership company wide.
This is why I make money every month (even while I sleep) because I did my part and the company is sharing a small percentage of every dime it takes in company wide with me because of it. My checks are alway triple digit and some have been pretty darn nice indeed. When the company does well, they share a percentage of all that with me and that can be a hefty chunck for so little work. (I also got $25 for all my 35 people as a fast start bonus giving me an additional $850. I spent $27 total on my leads elsewhere to get the ball rolling and contacted a few people I already knew.
Now these are facts folks. Straight forward and simple. They do their job, I do mine..they make money and I get paid. And they have paid on time and accurately each month. Personally I really like the program...and I enjoy getting the checks. Now that my personal problems are starting to straighten out, I intend to start advertising again.
When I get a little more time, I will try and return here and give you a clear definition of what legally constitutes a "pyramid scheme" and "a scam".
ProWealth is neither. It actually has one of the better business plans out there and it is easy to market and pays ethically.
Unfortunately the world is full of self important children who can't take no for an answer and uneducated marketers who confuse personal problems with business politics and use the forums as a place to vent their own failures.
For now: Here are some notes from other professionals from another forum about ProWealth Solutions

ProWealthSolutions - Scam? Uncovered!
OK I am sure if you have heard of ProWealthSolutions, You must be searching for keywords relating to Pro Wealth Solutions scam, is Pro Wealth Solutions a scam, has anyone got paid from ProWealthSolutions and is Pro Wealth Solutions real or a scam.
I am making this post to help you out.
There is a Team from UK who got involved with the creator of ProWealthSolutions back in January of this year when their extremely successful home based business ProBuilderPLUS was launched. Ben Glinsky behind both programs is a well respected name in the industry and has many top influences from some world class heavy hitting marketing companies. Some people did not get on well with ProBuilderPLUS and slated it BUT... It was never the program and always either the member who hadn't a clue how to market online or the fault of the members upline who just didn't care about people management therefore never made contact with their powerline never mind help them. A team from UK made $18,000 from ProBuilderPLUS in just 6 months because they ran the business and still do as it should be ran with a strong solid leader group giving training and 100% support to all members in their powerline, helping each and everyone of them build their own powerlines for future residual income.
I am backing ProWealthSolutions 110%
Here's some FAQ about PWS:
Is ProWealthSolutions a scam? NO, I have personally made commission checks from this company since I started and I have never been missed or paid the incorrect amount of commission earned.
ProWealthSolutions owned by the same stable can be considered safe, even the same pay system is in place with your own Visa Debit card using the same bank as the ProBuilderPlus program.
Can you prove earnings? Good question and the honest answer to that is NO and WHY because ProWealthSolutions only launched on the 3rd of Aug 2006 and has only just in the past day processed the first weeks commissions and it's too early for any team to show real stats online for visitors to see. BUT the answer to "has anyone got paid by Pro Wealth Solutions" YES in fact 23,000 members got paid on Thursday the 23rd Aug.
What the scam forums say? Most of the time sites like scam.com do an extremely good job and have uncovered many real scams including the huge scam MORETHANTRAFFIC.COM which thousands of online marketers were taken for a $169 ride and received nothing in return, this scam is still unfolding but scam.com has played a huge role in shutting this company down. The problem with home based business scam forums is this, everything is a scam until proven otherwise. As I said in most cases a great job is done by these groups but it scares people like you away from ever trying anything when so many good quality businesses are available.
Understanding The System? Another reason you find posts all over the Internet from angry past members of any program is because they simply joined, paid their subscription then sat back, did sweet FA and waited to get paid..."WHAT" these people are crazy and would in fact be encouraged to leave our teams ASAP, we simply couldn't work with this type of person nor make them any money. All home based business takes work, commitment, team play, understanding and most of all learning everything about the business your in. Many people join, fail and shout scam without looking at the fact that they failed the system not the system failed them.
The bottom line is this, you choose the path in which you follow and YES sometimes the paths we follow are influenced by others OR in the case of home based business MONEY & GREED drive us to take these opportunities and give them a shot.
You are not looking at ProWealthSolutions being a scam, you are looking at an extremely powerful program which is having a huge impact on it's member base already and has created massive income streams thoughout the powerline in week one.
It takes money to make money. Especially in the MLM business. It also requires alittle effort on every member in the team to really earn alot of money. Can you make money by joining, sitting back and waiting? Well, yes you can.. But, it may take awhile with this. If you believe you can recruit just THREE people to the program, you will automatically be in profit each and every month. This is all you need to do with this program to earn a nice profit.
Well I hope I cleared that up quite a bit for you. Now do yourself a favor and check it out no matter what you've heard and make your own decision.
