Hi,
I run a historical CD and DVD site thehistoricalarchive.com and am putting the finishing touches on an affiliate program for the site. The software I am using to run the affiliate program is first rate but the number of creatives I've input into the system to date is pretty week. Most are text type ads with just a few banners.
So I'm wondering from folks who participate in affilaites, how important are the following creatives?
1) Banner ads
2) Text ads
3) Other types of creatives (please specify)
4) Creatives are not important as you create your own to better integrate into your website.
