Are there any CPA offers/sites where somebody can use their own?

I know I'm going to get SLAMMED for asking such an obviously silly question.

I doubt it. At least I haven't run across any on AzoogleAds, CPAEmpire, HydraMedia and MaxBounty. I think it's against their TOS even.

I couldn't find it in Azoogle's TOS. However the TOS did say that incentives where prohibited even though some offers say that they aren't.

what do you mean by use your own? as of course you can run your own CPA offer and run it thru the networks as long as you can make it worth while...

Yes as long as you are legitamitely signing up. now if you go to all the zip and email campaigns and just enter your email or zip with no intention of signing up then no. but if you really want to signup for the offer then yes you are allowed by Maxbounty and azoogle and most CPA's

I've used my offers. I used the blockbuster offer on azoogle to get that online rental service...freaking awesome because the service is like 17.99/month, you get the first month free, and you get like $35 from affiliate referrals.

Sometimes you just don't do that on purpose, it's just a cookie that stayed there somehow triggers the sale.
Or you work at the office and your coworker uses your link to buy a computer and you get your 1% or something. Same IP but legitimate deal.
