It's not for me, but a good friend of mine. he wants to offer something like $250.00 per referral. I have started a thread on another forum and have gotten a few programs pointed out to me.

What do the experts here thing?

Sorry this is late. I'm new here.

There's no "best" in my opinion. It depends on what sort of features they need, hosted .vs. script, network .vs. in-house.
