I'm a Newbie to Commission Junction and I've just set up smartzones on my website. The smartzones are displaying the links and images properly, however when I click them they redirect me to root/index.php# of my site instead of going to the Affiliate site. Is this normal? What needs to happen to fix this?

whats your site? Nots that normal, sounds like something could be wrong with how you inserted the code.

I believe you need {literal} .... {/literal} around your advertising script, it appears none of the advertising on the right side is working either, try the literal tags

Still not working. I tried a test at http://www.oksportsfan.com/test/index.html and it's doing the same thing. I submitted a ticket with commission junction.

grrr - lol Why in the hell is this not working? I've posted on 3 diff forums and I'm guessing commission Junction isn't going to contact me back.

I don't mean to make light of your dilemma but when I read your post about the support ticket I literally started laughing like a madman. CJ support is notoriously poor, or at least it was when I was a CJ affiliate. I never was able to successfully get smartzones working.
