I know that with affiliates, incentives are not allowed, but are there any that do allow it?

I am starting up two websites, both with features you pay a dollar to access, but I wanted to give them the possibility of doing "option B" as another choice but wasn't sure if this was possible.

Any suggestions?

Hmm... I signed up with a program called shareasale and they said in the sign up that you can incentivize but you must check a box. Probably so they can display warnings on certain offers that do not allow but it definitely said that some allow incentivized.

you will find a lot of campaigns that allows incentivized trafic in the CPA networks. For example try Maxbounty.

I didn't realize anybody did allow it; I don't want to sign up for something if people don't recommend it.

Is Maxbounty recommended? Are any of there campaigns as simple as Azoogle's "free iphone" where entering your zip code pays 1.00?

You have to make sure that the offer is incentivizeable. Otherwise you might get in trouble.
