How do networks like Linkshare and Commission Junction count CTR?

If I have 1 affiliate link on the page and I get 1 impression and 1 click, obviously that’s a 100% CTR.

What if I have 5 affiliate links (same merchant) spread throughout the page…and I get 1 impression and 1 click? Is that still 100% CTR? Or does it instead show up as 5 impressions (1 impression for each link I have on the page) and 1 click…which means it’s a 20% CTR?

Our network (NeverblueAds) would count each impression separately so there would be 5 impressions and 1 click. One banner would have 100% CTR, the other 4 would have 0. The campaign overall would have 20%.
