I would like if someone could post some high converting landing pages just so we can see how others are doing it.

Also what type of bounce rate would a nice landing page see.

Also what type of return on PPC traffic is worth the investment IYO.

Some good examples, dunno about conversion from those ones. Not many people would want to show you a landing page that converts well as a lot of people would use em themselves.

Landing pages look rather easy to design. But thats probably not the case.

That's because there is a lot more that goes into landing page design other than design skills. In fact design skill has almost nothing to do with it. It's more about having marketing and social knowledge.

Yeah, the purpose of a LP is basically to drive conversion, to make people want to take the next step...whatever the next step is. I think design is key however, especially if your landing pages purposes is only to drive another click to the merchant's landing page. The key to learning what makes a good landing page is testing / tweaking the page to drive up conversion rates.
