Okay, I'm fairly new to affiliate marketing.

I've been accepted into Copeac. Now, what'd be the best way to go about making money from affiliate marketing starting from scratch? This is assume you have no niche sites that would do well with most offers.

By saying PPC I assume you mean PPC to a landing page that links to the product you'retrying to sell?

I currently get 1 conversion per 3 adwords clicks on my campaign promoting email submits for the iphone ... Also I've experimented with myspace marketing and SEO, but PPC brings best revenue and a very nice ROI

get back links by forum marketing and submission into directories. Try writing some quality articles. I think it's the best.

Unless you are really good with Adwords, PPC can end up costing you a lot of money at the end of the month. You can do really good with free advertising. I post to blogs, article writing, forum posting, and traffic exchanges. I have never paid for any advertising.

PPC is quick, but easy to lose your shirt. I've lost... oh god i won't even go there. Point is, if you're testing a campaign with expensive keywords, you could lose a lot very fast. I have a link in my sig for a campaign where the keywords are like 10-20 cents per click.

do smaller tests and if you succeed then go big and pull out the old credit card....LOL

The key to your success is test, and look at other ads that last for months....obvisouly they are very profitable. you aint gunna get any more targeted traffic than google. Be tread lightly first.

there are lots of ways to get targeted traffic for free, if you dont have the capitol and you have just a bit of time on your hands.
