Making money online is sorta like in the real world , you get back what you put into it. Overnight success happens I guess but more times than not it takes some time.

I dont believe in over night success. Thats because it comes without hardwork and is short lived. I believe in constant love lived success that comes with dedicated and consistent work.

Even when i started blogging i had a option to start promoting free affiliate program but i concentrated on link builing. Once i started getting good number of traffic i intoduced affiliate marketing for earning extra. Still the link building process is on. Thats because if you should working world will stop greeting you.

Many people make money but only 20% have really good money …
Affiliate marketing seems like a simple work – in its start you get little money – in 1-2year you can get more income.
I think you need to sell only really good products – what people need in these crisis times.

Agree with Samuel. Anyone who has the necessary website building knowledge can make money online but not everyone can make HUGE money online.

Well, I'm quitting my day job next month. There's money to be made out there. Most people are just too stupid or short-minded to stick at it long enough to see results.

The biggest problem is to drive traffic to website... I'm in adsense, but my traffic is weak, so the money is... Link building, and building, and building... and what more?

The 5 "magic" questions you should ask yourself (from a customer's pov) is:
Who are you? Tell your customer who you.
What do you want? Tell your customer want you want.
Why should I care? In order to sell something to your customer you have to grab their attention. Otherwise, why should they care what you are selling?
What's in it for me? Pretty self-explanatory. People come to your website or buy your product NOT to help you make money, but because they want to help themselves accomplish something (such as make money, look or feel better, etc).
What do I do know? Yes, you have to tell your customer what to do next. . . . "Buy Now" or "Click the obnoxious flashing button so I can get paid". If you don't ask for the sale, it simply won't happen.

I'm sure there are other questions you could ask yourself (from a customer pov) but these seem to be the basic ones I could think of. Hope this helps in your online marketing efforts.

Its all about the hard work. Armed with the proper knowledge you can shoot for the sky. Just doing just from program to proogram stick with one until you have made aprofit

for sure people make money. I agree that there are so many people selling only a dream of making thousands of dollars a month. Most websites are targetted to newbies who will get suckered into it and then never believe in making money over the net again.

The truth is that you have to do it yourself and no one will make it for you. Alot of hard work, researching and commitment is how you will succeed!

yes you can make money but the selection of threads or posts should be laser targeted if some one looking for help and you reply him with good answer and your signature solves his problem then you can make money

Hi, I think the people who do make money, aren't really going to share because it's kind of personal. I make a little bit, but not enough to quit my day job, eventually though that is my goal.

I make money through addsense. But after paying hosting, taxes etc.., netto what i earn is about 100-150 euro's per month. On the otherside... I don't do much anymore for the site, it just sits there and runs

I have a story for you! If you participate in any run of the muck affiliate network (MarketLeverage, ClickBooth, EliteClicksMedia) then you will see those Google Bizopps floating around that have made a killing for many people!

Well, I was at Affiliate Summit in NYC this past August and met a young guy who actually bought one of those Google Kits (for the most part, they are garbage to the educated). This guy followed everything it told him to do and PLUS SOME. He started putting two and two together and did extra research on everything that he was doing. He learned affiliate marketing and expanded on it. Once he canceled the rebill, he was starting to make $10k a month and this was about December 08. August 09 comes around and he is clearing $100k a month.

Talk about determination and really sticking with it. Ask Dr. Ngo about this guy, he lives in Atlanta.

Making money online can be done. PERIOD. You just have to know what you are good at and what you are not so good at. Work on what you are good at until it hurts. =)

I got still £ 4.00 in my amazon affiliate account and the greatest thing is that it’s been more than 3 years I earned this much. What more could I expect.

I also have like $5 in my amazon account. It was my first sale and last after 3 months lol. I just got lucky i guess.
