I can't see you getting paid for every click. You only get paid for unique clicks. For example, if you use a banner ad that had 5 little text links within it and you clicked on the same top one twice, then you will only get credited for the first click. If you clicked on the first little text link and also the second little text link, which are both different text links then you would get credited for the both of them.
What ever you do though, you must not click or force others to click on your Adsense ads. It's against their TOS.
All you have to do is signup to Adsense, ad their ads to your site and then send visitors direcly to your site and then wait for the money to come in.
