Hello All,
I've recently delved into the internet homed based business programs and wanted to get started on the right track so I was told Forums were the best way to start. (so here I am)
Well I was laid off of work in Sept. and while out searching for work I got desperate and started looking for money on the web and decided to get paid for my knowlegde.
I am a creative real estate investor who has decided to write his own ebook and sell it.
I came across Clickbank and got my site and book together for sale. I saw they had an affiliate program so I made mine available. What's next? How do I advertise my site and the affiliate program. My book sells for $47.00 and I am willing to offer 60% commissions for help promoting it. My affiliate page can be found at www.TiredRenting.com/aff.htm
Any advice on how to start advertising and getting my aff program up to speed?
I am now learning google adwords and will put on my site the keywords I am using so that my affs will make good.

Hi James! I think you've started on the right track by telling people via a forum. The best thing is that you found the appropriate forum to post this in. A lot of people will go to a forum and make a thread in the wrong forum, thus making their post spam. So as you go to different forums, make sure that you find the correct place to tell about your affiliate program. BTW, congrats and thanks for putting it in the right place.

Another thing to consider is to put your url in your sig. Just as you signed your post, place that in your sig and it will be in every post that you make.
