I believe that their are a lot of companies that try to buy email addresses but i think they usually buy them to spam people, but i am not positive.

I actually bought some emails/addresses one time. They apparently know what they are interested in because you can choose people who you think will be interested in your product/service.

There are some companies out there that offer incentives to fill out surveys. Some even pay people to take a survey.

Buying emails? For what? you can create a lot nowadays
