He may add $10 to your account just for joining but if there is a $50.00 USD Minimum balance required for payout so you would have to send about 153 qualified clicks before reaching the payout.

Casino bids on Overture and Adwords is well over .26 for top listings, so I am sure there are many advertisers willing to pay that much per click. Of course I am not endorsing this program in any way.
