I run Amazon Assoc. ads running on it and my earning are very low.

I use amazon affiliate too and i have always only puy image ads but i get where your coming from and im gunna try it out cause i didnt think the effectivness through. Thanks for the idea.

I have found article marketing works best in increasing amazon sales.It is best to use text link rather than the banner to monetize the content for amazon products.

You could try selling Amazon products instead of running Amazon ads. Just a suggestion.

in my point point of view you need to optimize your website or blog on the relevent keywords. Publish more and more unique contents all around the web and promote your website or blog through these contents. This will gives you the high ranking in search engine on competitive keywords and your website or blog can get direct traffic from search engine. This will increase the probabily or sales.

What I found that works best for me is when I create a post about an amazon product, I will do a top ten list for that product. for example, Top Ten Suitcases for 2011, I then go over to amazon and find the 10 highest rated suitcases and start writing a blog post about why these are the top ten suicases of 2011. I get random sales and advertising dollars on autopilot. Good for 100 bucks a month easily off of 1 website. So what do you do there, SCALE UP X 10 and you have 1k a month on autopilot.

That's actually a good idea and could work well with other affiliate offers you run as well.

Place a few link text from the content of your post to Amazon instead from ads. This can drive more targeted traffic.
