i'm always been declined in real estate affiliate in commission junction.
is there a real estate affiliate thats base in California, US to where i can sign up please?

You should find out why you got declined. I was declined before because I didn't have a disclaimer on my site. Read their rules and you maybe able to find out why you were declined.

they declined in an instant, dyou mean they do have a script the checks a disclaimer page on every site and if missing CJ will instantly decline an application?

I agree, you should send them an email through CJ. A lot of companies decline almost instantly, but when you contact them you can find out if it is something that you can fix.

There are some real estate affiliate programs like affiliateranker or affiliatefirst you can work with.However you may find more off them in different affiliate programs directory.

i got declined by carbonite because they need 3 bars out of 5 in the cj trust bar thingy. I have googled what that bar means, and haven't found any information. I think it's something to do with the level of earnings you are making.

carbonite auto declined as well, just because of the "network earnings rating" or something along those lines.

You can email the network manager from the merchant directly to ask them to make an exception, some networks ususally auto decline small websites because they don't bring in many customers as well as the fact that they don't like too many small websites advertising their brand as they may hurt it. They would much rather deal with fewer and larger sites and work with the site owners to maintain the brand image.

why not choose other suitable affiliate programs?Such as clickbank,linkshare.
Just if you can earn a considerable income,that's all.

Exactly! Contact them so that you'll know what the problem is. If it is fixable or not then decide yourself if you'd continue or not!

You can look for the reason.
Still it is faster for you to search for other programs. Every major affiliate network has probably some sites on real estate.
I don't know any site to the affiliates only from real estate.
