Amazon is one way of earning from affiliate marketing, but everyone is promoting it, I would prefer to promote something different that is less saturated.
I was skeptical with Amazon until recently and I changed a few things like choosing products which have a minimum value of £150, have recent positive feedback and have low competition or even limited data using the Google keyword tool. This has made a big difference and I use a similar page for all of my product reviews with the keywords in the relevant places and have gone from making literally nothing to a decent sale nearly every day, so there is money to be made from Amazon, it just takes time and experience to figure it out.
amazon is still a good affiliate program you start from 8% and can make up to 14% i beleive. If you know how to promote the amazon products effectively, than you can make some good money.
