I'm looking for a tell-a-friend program that pays me for every user that using that form or something like that

Also they do need to pay out in Belgium too, and accept my humorsite that only has about 500-600 pageviews a day ...

www.Focalex.com is one you could consider.

Another is www.Supertaf.com but requires a large amount of uniques per month.

I do not know if these mail payment to Belgium though...
