I am looking to start an affiliate program on a couple of sites, www.planetxposure and www.swapstore.net

Can anyone recommend any?

Do you mean you want to create your own affiliate program?

If so, ClickXChange is quite reliable, and offers CPM, CPC, and CPA affiliate solutions. I believe it's possible to start an account with them for only $500 + service fees.

Commission Junction is another option. The fees there are very high, and they only offer CPA programs, but they have a lot of potential affiliates.

Try casalemedia for both ways (earn with them and if they don't have ads at the moment you may put your default code to display your own ads or swapable ads).
