I used to get about 10 17cents per click for google ad's now I get 3 cents per ad. How can I get google to give me 10 -17 cents per ad again.

it depends how much advertisers are bidding on each keyword.

The ads currently being displayed on your site are low paying as the advetisers are bidding low amounts for them.

Change your content to target better paying keywords and you'll receive more per click.

Sound advice from pencer. You will only get what people will bid for. Has your content changed or your optimisation? If not them it might be that your keywords aren't that popular anymore.
