Is there an opt-in mailing lists for webmasters to announce new affiliate programs? I mean, is there a list of webmasters who would like to recieve emails about new affiliate programs?
I would like to email out webmasters with customized emails announcing my upcoming affiliate program, but obviosuly I don't want to spam. I want to email webmasters who have already signed up to recieve emails about affiliate programs.
