I am in the process of setting up a site that will have video hosting as part of its features, and as bandwidth is obv an issue, I have been looking for agencies that insert videos before the videos,...

but I cant see any..Does any1 know of any, or failing that any programs with ecpm high enough to subsidise the heavy bandwidthness of video?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for (or if it is legit / any good etc.) but have you looked at VidSense?
