Im looking to sign up for a site that pays affilates by check (and on time) to display ads for them. Anyone know any good ones that actually pay?

any suggestions? also keep in mind my site isnt up at the moment so i dont have any hits to show, but i will be doing some heavy advertising for my site once its up. also a site where i dont have to enter my social security # just to sign up will be great.

He won't get into either of those with a new site with no traffic.

Adsense is probably your best bet.

your best bet, please excuse blatant self promotion, but would be to sign up for something like our program or clickbank. i like ours better, no bias at all...lol.
