LinkShare is being sold to a Japanese company for $425,000,000.00.
Rakuten is the Japanese company that is buying LinkShare. They expect to complete the takeover of LinkShare in 4 to 6 weeks.
Obviously questions are going to be raised as to what impact this is going to have on LinkShare and all the affiliates and merchants and if things will improve or go downhill.
With a new owner some changes are expected.
