Affiliate Marketing Tycoon

Sensation Designs has some products that have become very successful. I feel they could be considerably more successful with an affiliate program.

I am very prepared to set up an affiliate system, however, I want to know who would be interested. This would be a big waste of time and effort to find out no one would be interested, so consider this a prelimnary survey

One thing I think which is rather important is that all transaction will be handled manually, so if an affiliate sends a buyer, it will not be updated immediately. Also, payments are through PayPal, and affiliates will be paid once a month through PayPal after generating a certain minimum (maybe $50 or something)

So, please let me know if you are interested, and what 'specs' you would agree upon... such as minimum amount before being paid, how much % per sale, etc.

Should this be put in place, affiliates will have a control panel where they can view the stats.

If you really want to know what I think, I have been online for 10 years and have designed many websites and I also have run many websites.

I think if you are looking to make an affiliate program I would not do it for website design because the fact is that their are too many designers online with too many prices that can be matched by major firms.

I created an affiliate program with CJ.com about 5 years back and it included many things beside webdesign and graphics. I only made money on products like Marketing Books ( not ebooks, those are dead ).

I invested $500 and 1 year later I shut down the program because of the time it took to run.

Do not let me make you scared to do this, this is just my opinion for what thats worth.
