Hmm... Been having a look a their site.
The thing that struck me was that obviously they aren't very confident you will make money. They say themselves that their costs are covered by the fee you pay them starting up, and that they can't take this off your earnings. Why not? I ask myself. Surely if this is such a good deal, they could take some of your earnings. Companies like Burst Media take a 50% (or more) share of advertising earnings. Now, Paid Response could do that, but they don't. That suggests to me that the average affiliate earns less than $120.

In addition, although we do not typically issue full refunds as the cost of setting up your account, creating your Income Center and maintaining it takes up all of the resources available

This made me a bit sceptical as well. Unless this company has no idea what they are doing, the account setup and income center creation will be automatic, created by the signup script.
This signup fee is the thing that bothers me most about the offer. It may be legitimate, but my view of it would be this:
The company is reputable to an extent. They provide what they offer and they pay out affiliates who earn money. The fact is though that very few affiliates earn enough money to get a payout. The main source of income for the company is the sign-on fee.
So my tips to you would be this:
1. Cut your losses. Contact the company and get as much of a refund as you can.
OR if you want to keep doing this
2. Simply increase volume. Copy and paste the ads to as many boards as you can. Just work out if it's worth your time, though. You will eventually get some responses, but if, for example, the ads get a 1% clickthrough rate (high). Then, assume that 5% of the people that actually click on that link fill in the form with their e-mail address. That means that you will earn 25c for every 2000 people that view your advert. I'm afraid I don't know the details for these sites where you are posting these, but I'm assuming they are saturated with ads, and getting a lot submitted, so yours won't get many views.
Basically, what I'm saying is that you'll need to make a lot of postings to get some cash out of this.
I have posted this to the board instead of e-mailing as I feel it will be of interest to the other members. You have got a notification by e-mail anyway.
