Just wondering which affiliate programs pay the most?
What's your experience? Actual products like from Amazon, or E-Books?

How much are the affiliates making these days?

Definitly dont go for ebooks becasue there are way to many free ones. As for amazon I dont get nearly as much money from them as I do from adsense.

I wouldn't bother with ebooks. This is because I've never purchased one, read one, or made one.

The best affiliate programs for me are Adsense and PPC Search Engines that pay on 2 or more tiers. I also like residual income programs like Hosting related.

PPC Search Engines don't pay the most, but you can earn a nice steady residual income from them!

I've found an awesome affiliate program. You make an eCPm of $2.50 - $6.50 and they pay on Net-7 terms. The fastest I've seen in the industry. Send me an e-mail or IM and i'll get you all the info on it.

Another good affiliate program is provided by ikobo. It's a 10 level program, each level earning you 5% (amounting up to a maximum of 50%) of the fees which ikobo collects, as well as a 10$ bonus for each affiliate you bring. There also is no limit to the width of the levels, so you can actually make some serious money, provided you have enough affiliates, or they have in turn enough affiliates. I know this because I myself am interested in this, and I've seen it work, just not in my case yet. For now I am only using ikobo's money transfer service, and this works just fine. If their affiliate program will work as well as this, then I'm in business! If anyone decides to use them, check out www.ikobo.com, and let us know how it went.

Adsense can make you up to $25 dollars per click (or more)

It is all dependant on the ads themselves, and also the site they appear on.

From what I know, if you own a site that reviews "widgets", you will get more money per click, than you would if instead of doing reviews, you supplied info about "widgets"

This came in to play April 1st and has resulted in a lot of VERY unhappy webmasters.

Likewise, for displaying hosting ads on your site, you could easily make $5.00 per click. It is all about the content on your site.

I don't know much about overture or suchalike schemes but I imagine that they are similiar to AdSense

I have never heard of $25 per click, but I do know that $5 per click is reachable.

Also, there are some programs similar to Adsense but I don't think they pay quite as much as they are not so popular. This is because the more advertisers a program has then the higher the bid prices are likely to be.
