It is better to have affiliate program to your website?

I think it depends on what sort of site you have, whether or not you
want to share the profits from sales, and a whole bunch of other
factors. There is very rarely a "right" or "wrong" answer in Internet
Marketing.

for me it depend on how you want to monetize your site, affiliate is just one of the way. Moreover, affiliate program such as clickbank can pay you better than other affiliate program as long as you good enough to choose the related product with your website.

hi sheena, if you think to monetize you site with affiliate, it a good way to do so. You can create a squeeze page and link it with your site or otherwise you also can put the affiliate banner to your site..

if you want to monetize you site, i think it better to have affiliate in your site.

I think it would depend on what kind of affiliate program you would loike to join with and which type of online mktg strategy you want to carry out. The type of payments is an issue also. You have them of all sorts: CPA, PPC, revenue share, etc.

Yep, it depends on what your site is about, some sites directly sell their own products and if they do this then they shouldn't take part in any other affiliate program like Adsense and things. Some sites do add adsense to their site even though they sell products, but that is giving their customers the totally wrong image. If you are selling your own products, then why would you also need adsense on your site.
